Return/Exchange Policy
Individual or multiple items from your order can be returned within 14 days from the receiving date.
If you changed your mind about an item, you were sent the wrong item or you are looking for a size change, please contact via email at info@jeandessel.com providing the following info:
Your order number (ex. #3060)
The purpose of your email (ex. Return, Size change, Wrong Item)
*Items must be returned un-worn, un-washed and with original packaging/tags.
Always contact us by email before making the shipment to us.
In the case of a return, the shipping costs are paid by the sender. Once delivered to us, the item will be checked and if it meets the returns requirements*, you will be refunded the entire cost of the item (not shipping expenses) directly to your credit card, or PayPal account.
In the case of a size change, the shipping costs are paid by the sender. Once we are notified that the item has been shipped, we will proceed to send you the correct size at our own cost.
In the case of having received the wrong item, we will arrange a pick up at an address indicated by you, providing you with the shipping document needed. We will then proceed to send you the correct item at our own cost.
Please note that the period of initiating each and any of this activity ceases after 14 days from the delivery date (as shown by DHL tracking).

In case of return, shipping costs are borne by the sender. Once delivered to us, the item will be inspected and, if it meets the return requirements*, the full cost of the item (excluding shipping costs) will be refunded directly to your credit card or PayPal account.
In case of size change, shipping costs are borne by the sender. Once we have received notification that your item has been shipped, we will send you the correct size at our expense.
In the event that you have received an incorrect item, we will arrange a collection at an address indicated by you, providing you with the necessary shipping document. We will then proceed to send the correct item at our expense.
Please note that the start-up period for each of these activities ends 14 days after the delivery date (as indicated by DHL tracking).
